Cairns Taipans defeat the Brisbane Bullets in an exciting 73-69 game on Thursday night.

Cairns scored 28/65 field shots and 11/30 3-point attempts. Brisbane actually took more shots then Cairns, but only managed 24/66 field goals and 7/25 3-point attempts.

Game leaders included:

Jason Cadee- 15 points

Stephen Zimmerman- 12 rebounds

Tyrell harrison- 7 rebounds

Scott Machado- 7 assists

Jason Cadee- 8 assists.

Illawarra Hawks took care of the Adelaide 36ers 87-71 on Friday night.HWK 26 24 12 25 87

The Hawks managed to score 32/71 field goals and 10/27 3-point attempts. In comparison, the Wildcats actually had more shots, but were less accurate, scoring 26/80 field goals and 10/31 3 point attempts.

Sunday Dech- 18 points

Sam Froling- 9 rebounds

Cameron Bairstow- 12 rebounds

Alex Cleveland- 6 assists

Mccarron- 4 assists

The Brisbane Bullets were able to get the job done over the Tasmania JackJumpers 94-86 on Saturday afternoon.

Brisbane managed to score 30/60 field goals and 10/29 3-point attempts. Tasmania actually took more shots then Brisbane, but only managed 32/75 field goals and 12/32 3-point attempts, quite a stark, costly difference.

South East Melbourne Phoenix won a thrilling game against the Perth Wildcats 86-80 on Saturday night.

The Phoenix managed 29/67 field goals and 11/28 3-point attempts.  The Wildcats managed 32/74 field goals, but fell in 3-point attempts, scoring only 7/27.

Ryan Broekhoff- 11 rebounds

Vic Law- 9 rebounds

Kyle Adnam- 6 assists

Mitch Norton- 7 assists

The Sydney Kings defeated the Adelaide 36ers the  in an exciting 93-90 game on Sunday.

SYD 23 22 24 24 93

The Sydney Kings scored 35/68 field goals and 11/26 3-point attempts. Adelaide actually had more shots than Sydney, but fell down in this area, scoring only 31/75 field goals and 12/30 3-point attempts.

Melbourne United took care of Cairns Taipans 89-73 on Sunday afternoon.

Melbourne United scored 31/65 field goals and 10/23 3-point attempts. In comparison, the Taipans scored only 25/63 field goals and 6/29 3-point attempts.
