The Maple Leafs are in fifth position in the East with a 46-21 record, making them one of the hottest teams in the NHL. Meanwhile, the Bruins are on top of the Eastern Conference on a three game winning streak, making them the talk of the town.

This matchups’ key players will be Toronto center John Tavares and Boston’s Brad Marchand. Both have already had remarkable seasons, with Tavares leading his team in points and Marchand being nominated for the Hart Memorial Trophy as league MVP. It’ll be interesting to see who comes out on top in Thursday night’s game between these two stars.

As for predictions, it looks like this will be a close game between two top teams. Though the Bruins have had a few stumbles as of late, they are still one of the best teams in the NHL and their home ice advantage could be enough to swing this game in their favour. The Maple Leafs will need Tavares and their other offensive stars to step up if they want to take the win. Regardless, it is sure to be an exciting game with both sides looking for the win. We predict a win for Boston as they will be to good at home.
